Girardin dedicated to children's wellbeing
Drummondville, Friday September 22, 2017 – Girardin Bus is proud to sponsor Des Chenes School Board, in partnership with Le Grand Defi Pierre Lavoie GDPL to inspire children to live a healthy lifestyle, to eat better, to exercise more and therefore, experience a greater sense of well-being.
The Girardin company’s contribution amounts so far to more than $120 000 given to Des Chenes School Board. For the occasion, Mrs. Lyne Belanger, Commissioner at the Des Chenes School Board was present as well as Girardin's Vice-President Michel Daneault, Sales Director Michel Labrie and some of the students who will benefit from this donation.
The Girardin’s management team took advantage of this special ceremony to announce their participation to the Grand Defi 2018. Girardin is counting on the support of all physical education teachers to get the sparks going during this event that will be held from June 15 to 18th, 2018 in several cities in the province of Quebec.
